Automated export to Galaxy is under development and will be available soon.

In the meantime, the following work-around will transfer region sets from EpiExplorer into Galaxy:

1. Copy the following link to the tab-separated dataset into the clipboard:
   http://epiexplorer.mpi-inf.mpg.de/relay.php?type=exportRegionsAndSendBack&exportType=URL&regiontype=%22+%20regiontype+%20%22&query=%22+%20query+%20%22&genome=%22+%20settings[%22genome%22]+%20%22


2. Paste this link into the 'URL/Text' field of the Galaxy upload tool
   
3. Set 'file format' to 'bed' and 'genome' to '" settings["genome"] "'
   
4. Press the 'Execute' button to import the region file into Galaxy
